Short Statement: This is a request for a revision of a currently approved information collection. The Department is also requesting that the requirements and burden from 1845-0173 Gainful Employment Student Warnings and Acknowledgments and 1845-0174 Student disclosure acknowledgments be merged with this collection (1845-0814) and be renamed 1845-0184 Earnings Accountability Reporting, Disclosures, and Warnings. It no longer makes sense to separate these collections with the proposed harmonization of regulations. In total we are requesting 544,888 responses and 3,073,690 burden hours.
