Short Statement: - This is a restatement of a previously approved collection. Updated the estimate for the hourly wage for applicant work hours to allow for inflation and expected increases in wages over time. - Updated the hourly rate used to calculate reviewer time to reflect the currently approved hourly rate standard provided by HUD.
