Short Statement: There are program changes to the total annual burden cost, which are due to the changes to the rules requiring that stations filing displacement applications include an exhibit detailing how their facilities were displaced, allowing stations that were channel sharing to terminate their channel sharing and apply for a new non-shared channel and requiring that interference agreements be included in the application adopted in FCC 25-84. The program changes are as follows: + 105 to the number of respondents, +105 to the annual number of responses, +467 to the annual burden hours and +$542,223 to the annual cost. There are no adjustments to this collection.
