Short Statement: There are program changes to the total annual burden cost, which are due to the changes to the rules requiring that stations maintain a call sign that is consistent with their service designation adopted in FCC 25-84. The program changes are as follows: +900 to the number of respondents, +900 to the annual number of responses, and +149 to the annual burden hours. There are no adjustments to this collection.
