Short Statement: The Commission is reporting adjustments to this submission from the last submission to OMB. There is a decrease in the total number of respondents from 17 to 14 (-3), an increase in the total annual responses from 8,840 to 10,920 (+ 2,080), and the total annual burden hours decreased from 4,420 to 3,640 (-780). These adjustments to this collection are due to the inclusion of additional applications being submitted to frequency coordinators while the number of frequency coordinators have been reduced. There are no program changes.
