Short Statement: ACF has updated the burden estimate to reflect the following: • Growth in the number of title IV-E agencies from 64 to 67, including additional Tribal Title IV-E programs • Decrease in the number of average hours to complete a case plan due to technology • Fewer children entering foster care and an increased number of children exiting foster care
