Short Statement: In preparing the new rules, Board staff reviewed its estimates of the burdens for this collection and determined the reduction in the annual burden hours for this collection, decreasing the burdens for eliminating the separate PTC reporting, and adding one-time burden hours for respondents to eliminate those reporting items in their R-1 reports.
