Short Statement: The respondent time burden estimate has decreased since the previous approval from 296 hours to 237 hours due to the VA40-0241 taking 30 minutes less for a respondent to complete. The respondent burden cost has decreased from $8,808.96 to $7,724.09. The Federal Government cost burden has decreased from $17,010 in the previous approval to $15,926.
