Short Statement: The FCC is reporting adjustments/increases to this information collection. There are increases to the total number of respondents from 3 to 4 (+1) and the total annual responses from 9 to 10 (+1) which resulted in an increase in the total annual burden hours from 227 to 290 (+63). Also, there is an increase in the total annual cost from $61,215 to $78,620 (+$17,405). There are no program changes.
