Short Statement: APHIS is seeking approval of a revision of a currently approved information collection request. The currently approved burden for this request is 350 total annual respondents, 350 total annual responses, and 116 total annual burden hours. This request for a renewal is for 350 respondents, 350 estimated responses and 117 estimated burden hours. This request reflects an increase of 1 hour of estimated burden from the previous renewal request, most likely from a slight change in the equations used to calculate the amount from changing the format of the Form 71. There are no third-party disclosures. There are no changes in estimates or burden for this request for renewal apart from the slight increase in burden time, explained above.
