Short Statement: The annual burden time for Passport Demand Forecasting Monthly Survey is estimated to be approximately 4,000 hours. Each survey is estimated to take 10 minutes and will be conducted each month. Approximately 2,000 respondents will be surveyed per month, totaling 24,000 respondents per year, and an approximate annual total of 4,000 hours (24,000 x 10 minutes / 60). Based on the chart below, the estimated annual hour cost burden is $182,650.
