Short Statement: This information collection has been revised to reflect changes proposed by the Duration of Status Final Rule. These changes reflect amendments to regulations that will change the admission period in the F, J, and I categories from duration of status to an admission for a fixed time period. There is an increase in the annual estimated hour burden to respondents due to the addition of biometrics processing and the estimated number of increased applications. The total estimated annual cost burden for this collection of information has increased as a result of an increase in the number of respondents estimated to submit this form.
