Short Statement: This is an existing collection, which is being adjusted to update the burdens and costs based on the number of responses for each filing type for the years 2023-2025 and averaged for an annual estimate. Due to increase in responses related to Trail Use Requests, the Board now estimates that there will be an increase in trail use requests annually going forward and corresponding total burden hours.
