Short Statement: We revised the estimated number of responses from 9,800 responses to 10,047 responses, which is an increase of 247 responses. We revised the estimated aggregate annual time burden from 333,200 hours to 341,598 hours, which is an increase of 8,398 hours. We revised the estimated aggregate annual monetized time burden from $226,772,000 to $335,790,834, which is an increase of $109,018,834. We revised the estimated aggregate annual external cost burden from $36,005,200 to $36,490,704, which is an increase of $485,504. The changes in burdens are due to using updated data and revised methodologies.
