Terms of Clearance: NASS is proposing to replace the three-monthly forms with a single consolidated quarterly questionnaire – collecting the same information. Under this approach, respondent burden would shift from 15 minutes per monthly form to approximately 20 minutes for one quarterly form, reducing the overall annual burden to about 900 hours. NASS will post a new 30-day FRN to reflect the change and resubmit the package.
