This information collection has been revised to reflect changes proposed by the Employment Authorization Reform for Asylum Applicants NPRM. USCIS is reporting an estimated increase in the annual hour burden to respondents for this collection of information. The estimated increase in the annual hour burden to respondents for this collection of information is due to an increase in the estimated hour burden per response. There is no change to the annual estimated cost burden to respondents for this information collection as a result of this change.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
