Short Statement: The change in the estimated burden is due to improvements in the method of collection. The Software Catalog request form was updated to incorporate workflow automation and autopopulation of information, which significantly reduces respondent burden. These enhancements streamline the submission process and decrease the time required to complete a request, reflecting the increase in respondents.
