Short Statement: This is a new information collection necessitated by the Commission’s adoption of modernized suspension and debarment rules, FCC 26-18. As such, the Commission is reporting program changes/increases to the total number of respondents of +75,255 respondents, the total annual responses of +170,529 responses, and the total annual burden hours of + 244,185 hours. These estimates will be added to OMB’s Active Inventory.
