Short Statement: The FDIC is requesting approval to collect information from entities that wish to participate in the resolution readiness adjustment. This includes information to notify the FDIC of a large or highly complex financial institution’s election to participate on the resolution readiness adjustment, information relating to the virtual data room capabilities test, information relating to the data access capabilities test, and a notice of any material change.
