Short Statement: Change(s) in estimate due to Agency discretion include: Program change of -128 business respondents resulting in an increase of +124 responses and + 62 burden hours Change(s) in estimate due to adjustments in estimate include: There is an adjustment of the number of respondents decreased from 200 to 72 resulting in an increase of +124 responses and +62 burden hours due to more animals coming into the United States from ASF-affected regions. The latter two increases are due to a slightly larger number of animals coming into the United States from ASF-affected regions. The decrease in the number of respondents is due to more dogs being accepted for import, tracked to a slightly increased demand. The drop in the number of respondents reflects a consolidation of importers in this sector.
