Short Statement: The estimated total annual burden for the FR Y-14 reports is 761,839 hours, and would increase to 774,828 hours with the revisions. The increase in burden hours reflects the implementation burden associated with the addition of two firms to the FR Y-14 reporting panel. The implementation costs for the two new firms contribute 14,400 burden hours.
