The purpose of this information collection is to implement Administration guidance on safety protocols for Federal facilities and workplaces and to promote the safety of Federal buildings, the Federal workforce, and others on site at facilities of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission). The respondents are visitors and contractors at Headquarters and Regional Offices of the Commission who must carry the completed form while present in a Commission facility, and disclose the completed form upon request by a Commission employee. The estimated number of forms to be processed during the next six months is based on the current occupancy restrictions in Commission facilities, current restrictions on the number of visitors in Commission facilities, and the maximum telework posture in which the Commission is operating at present.
