Description of Agency Usage: GSA needs to submit a request to use a common form (RCF) for the Personnel Vetting Questionnaire (PVQ) on ROCIS.gov to ensure readiness for PVQ implementation. In the future, GSA will need to begin use of PVQ for all personnel vetting scenarios for background investigation for GSA employees and contractors. We are providing the estimated Annual Number of Responses, Annual Time Burden (Hours), and Annual Cost Burden (Dollars) associated with this requirement by Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) for Trusted Workforce 2.0.
