Description of Agency Usage: DoD usage of the SF-299 shall be mandatory for all proposed real estate outgrant applications for mobile broadband infrastructure on military installations. The use of the Standard Form supports Section 606 of Public Law 115-141, “Making Opportunities for Broadband Investment and Limiting Excessive and Needless Obstacles to Wireless” and Executive Order 13821, “Streamlining and Expediting Requests to Locate Broadband Facilities in Rural America.”
