Description of Agency Usage: In accordance with Trusted Workforce 2.0 and the 2022 Federal Investigative Guidelines the new PVQ will replace the legacy SF85, SF85-P and SF-86 forms when conducting background investigations. USAID's Office of Security will use these common forms when conducting background investigations for employment and security clearances.
