The Office of Personnel Management has requested OMB approve a new information collection request titled the Personnel Vetting Questionnaire (PVQ). The PVQ will streamline multiple existing information collections (SF86, SF85P and SF85, etc.), as well as the renewal cycle for them, commensurate with on-going efforts to improve personnel vetting processes and the experience of individuals undergoing personnel vetting.
