This is the standard form used by a grantee to confirm that funds are being spent in conformity with the budget and work plan. Organizations applying for grants from the Internal Revenue Service’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC), Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA), and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) programs are required to complete the SF-425 and submit via grants.gov. For the LITC program, some organizations also submit the form via GrantSolutions.gov to file for non-compete continuation.
