Description of Agency Usage: This form will be utilized for applications for the program. Applicants for RBDG grants are requested to provide detailed information for RBS to use in determining eligibility and priority for available funds. The information will be utilized by RBS to determine that applicants meet the eligibility criteria mandated by law and have the capability and resources to carry out the proposed projects. 0570-0070 The application and related information will be used by RBS to approve RBDG grants. The applicants are asked to provide a minimum amount of additional information with their applications. Current ICR 0570-0070
