Short Statement: As a federal agency, SBA is required to conduct an annual survey of the workforce. Previously, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) conducted the annual survey for all federal agencies. Agencies are now responsible for conducting the annual survey independently. As a result, SBA is requesting use of OPM's common form.
