Title: 2 CFR Changes to Address Statutory and/or Regulatory Needs 
Abstract:

The Office of Management and Budget may pursue proposed rulemaking to address potential exigent statutory needs or to address unintended consequences of prior rulemaking based on data received.  This proposal would be separate and distinct from the regulatory retrospective work OMB has set forth in OMB's February 2014 memorandum establishing metrics to assess the impact of the 2013 Uniform Guidance.
