Abstract:

OMB will promulgate regulations providing standards for assessing sensitivity of data assets and determining appropriate accessibility levels; standards for modifying data assets to improve their accessibility; requirements for statistical agencies and units to conduct risk assessments, and requirements for the processes established to carry out the required assessments to be transparent.
