Title: Responsibilities of Statistical Agencies 
Abstract:

OMB shall prescribe regulations to carry out the section, which requires each statistical agency or unit to adopt policies, best practices, and appropriate procedures to implement these responsibilities: 1) Produce and disseminate relevant and timely information; 2) conduct credible and accurate activities; 3) conduct objective activities; and 4) protect the trust of information providers by ensuring the confidentiality and exclusive statistical use of their responses.
