| Abstract: The United States Agency for International Development has established a Directive that provides for categorical exclusions under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for projects that focus on internal domestic USAID operations at USAID facilities such as routine administrative actions and procurement and deployment of information technology software and systems in existing facilities. The Directive will better align USAID implementation of the CEQ NEPA regulations by providing for the efficient and timely environmental review of routine operations at USAID facilities. | |
