Abstract:

USAID is amending its Agency supplement to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (AIDAR) to maintain consistency with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), to conform the regulation to previously implemented policy, remove obsolete material and make clarifications and editorial changes.
