Abstract:

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) seeks public comment on a proposed rule that would amend the USAID Acquisition Regulation (AIDAR) to incorporate new clauses entitled: Homeland Security Presidential Directive-12 (HSPD-12); Restrictions Against Disclosure; Software Licensing; Electronic Information Technology Requirements; Use of Information Technology Notification; Skills and Certification Requirements for Privacy and Security Staff; and Limitation of Information Technology.
