Abstract:

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is amending its Agency for International Development Acquisition Regulation (AIDAR) to incorporate long-standing USAID internal policy into the regulation, remove obsolete material and internal policies and make editorial amendments to better clarify the regulation.
