Abstract: The Peace Corps is revising the current version of 22 CFR part 309. The revisions will clarify and simplify Peace CorpsÂ’ debt collection procedures and practices. It eliminates the tax refund offset provisions of the previous regulation and consolidates the administrative and tax refund offset provisions into one section.
