Abstract: The Peace Corps policies with respect to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) administration are laid out in 22 CFR part 303. The Peace Corps is reviewing the rules and procedures it follows in making records available to the public under the FOIA to assure that they are consistent with applicable laws and regulations.
