Title: Implementation of the Privacy Act of 1974 
Abstract:

The Peace Corps is reviewing its implementation of the Privacy Act of 1974 to determine appropriate revisions.  The current regulation, 22 CFR 308, was promulgated in 1985. The proposed revision of the regulation takes into account a number of legal and technology changes.
