Title: ●General Administrative Policy for Non-Assistance Cooperative Agreements 
Abstract:

This final rule removes subparts A through D of part 550, adds sections 550.100 through 550.124, and adopts the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance entitled, "Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, as codified in subparts A through F of 2 CFR part 200, as supplemented by this part, as the uniform guidance within the REE mission area on the use, award, and administration of non-assistance cooperative agreements awarded pursuant to 7 U.S.C. 3318(b).  It thereby gives regulatory effect to the OMB guidance as supplemented by this part.
