Title: 1994 Land-Grant Institutions Endowment Program 
Abstract: Passage of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008, section 7402, amended section 534(a)(3) of the Equity in Educational Land-Grant Status Act of 1994 with the addition of a new 1994 Land-Grant Institution. It also resulted in the need for NIFA to clarify its redistribution of funding for those institutions receiving endowment funds that do not have accreditation or decline the endowment funds.
