Title: Hispanic-Serving Agricultural Colleges and Universities Certification Process 
Abstract: Section 7101 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act 2008 (FCEA), establishes a new set of institutions--Hispanic-Serving Agricultural Colleges and Universities, which are eligible for existing programs as well as new programs authorized specifically for those institutions under section 7128 of FCEA. These regulations will establish a process to identify and certify Hispanic-Serving Institutions that offer associate, bachelors, or other accredited degree programs in agriculture-related fields.
