Title: Hispanic-Serving Agricultural Colleges and Universities Endowment Program 
Abstract: Section 7101 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 (FCEA) establishes the Hispanic-Serving Agricultural Colleges and Universities (HSACUs). FCEA section 7128 authorized an endowment program for the HSACUs. These regulations will establish a process for the distribution of endowment funds and the administration of this program.
