Abstract:

The National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) proposes to revise 7 CFR part 3419 for the purpose of implementing the statutory amendment applicable to the matching requirements for Federal Agricultural research and extension capacity (formula) funds for 1890 land-grant institutions, including Tuskegee University, West Virginia State College, and Central State University.
