| Abstract: This rule implements provisions of the Agricultural Risk Protection Act of 2000 amending the NAP regulations to eliminate the area loss requirement, implement an administrative service fee, and require producers to apply for assistance not later than 30 days before the beginning of the coverage period. The expected cost is about $100 million per year over the next 4 years. | |
