Title: Emergency Conservation Program 
Abstract: The rule implemented the requirements of the 2006 Emergency Appropriations Act that provides for assistance under the Emergency Conservation Program for expenses resulting from hurricanes that occurred during the 2005 calendar year, including assistance to nursery, oyster and poultry producers, and non-industrial forest landowners. The legislation provides $199.8 million to remain available until expended.
