Title: Emergency Forest Restoration Program 
Abstract: A new subpart will be added to the regulations in 7 CFR part 701 to implement the Emergency Forest Restoration Program (EFRP), which was authorized by the 2008 Farm Bill. EFRP will provide cost-share funding to owners of nonindustrial private forest land to restore the land after the land is damaged by a natural disaster. The damaged land must have had a tree cover immediately before the natural disaster.
