Title: EZ Guarantee Program; Micro Lender Program (MLP) Status 
Abstract:

The Farm Service Agency (FSA) is implementing an EZ Guarantee Program to guarantee the Farm Loan Programs categories of Operating Loan (OL) and Farm Ownership Loan (FO) and implementing MLP Status. FSA is establishing the EZ Guarantee Program to provide a guarantee for a category of smaller OLs and FOs, which are expected to be most used by beginning farmers and farmers with small farms (farms with annual gross agricultural products sales from $1,000 to $99,999) that have less traditional farm operations, and who are not typically FSA Guaranteed loan customers. FSA is revising the existing Farm Loan Programs regulations to make those changes.
