Title: Environmental Compliance 
Abstract:

The USDA Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) mission area is withdrawing the plans to revise environmental compliance provisions for the Farm Service Agency, Commodity Credit Corporation, FPAC Business Center, and Risk Management Agency.  With CEQ rescinding its long-standing NEPA regulations effective April 11, 2025 (90 FR 10610), FPAC is no longer pursuing rulemaking.  Accordingly, this rulemaking is being withdrawn as USDA is planning to issue a USDA-wide NEPA amending rule based on the CEQ rescission.
