Title: Common Crop Insurance Regulations; Forage Seed Crop Provisions 
Abstract:

This rule will convert the Forage Seed Pilot Crop Insurance Program to a permanent program. The Forage Seed Pilot Program began in the 2002 crop year in 10 counties in the States of California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming.
